Leo ni siku ya kusema kwaherini badaa ya miaka miwili tuliyofanya kazi pamoja kwa kusikilizana, kuangalia, kuzungumza na kuchapa kazi
Today is the day to say kwaherini after a period of two years close collaboration with each other.
Two years of listening, observing, talking and hard working.
Ndani ya Miaka hii miwili tulipata changamoto nyingi na kwa pamoja tukafumbua utatuzi endelevu
Two intensive years in which we together faced challenges and in which we created together long lasting solutions.
Kwa miaka miwili tulijenga pamoja shirika letuna pia wabia, tukaongeza ujuzi wetu na maarifa pamoja na kushirikiana vizuri na wabia wetu
Two years of building together on our organizations, on our skills, our knowledge and our collaboration.
Kama mnakumbuka kabla ya Walter na mimi kuja Tanzania, tuliunda mradi na tukaupatia jina la Umeaji ambao tumetekeleza na nyinyi
As you may remember, before walter and I came to Tanzania we gave the work we were starting with you the name UMEAJI, in English germination.
Kwa sababu mradi huu ulikuwa wa kusaidia Sharing Worlds Tanzania , ambayo ilianza kama mbegu ndogo na kukua taratibu na kuwa shirika imara yenye uzoefu katika utekelezaji washughuli zake.
Because the plan was to help Sharing Worlds Tanzania, which was just started as a small seed which was put into the ground, to become a small but strong and healthy plant.
lakini huu mradi siyo kwa maendeleo ya shirika la sharing Worlds Tanzania tu, pia kwa wabia wake kuwajengea uwezo na kuendelea na shughuli zao za kimaendeleo.
But it was not only the development of Sharing Worlds Tanzania we were looking for, it was also to help you as partner organizations, to develop further, to grow and to become stronger.
Nikitazama kipindi cha nyuma cha miaka miwili, kwa ujasiri naweza kusema kwa pamoja tumeshinda na kuwa na nguvu zaidi kama huduma bora,msaada kwa walengwa wafuatao,watoto yatima,watu wanaoishi na virusi vya ukimwi,vijana na watu wazima wanaopenda kuboresha maisha yao na kujikinga na virusi vinavyosababisha ukimwi pamoja na wanafunzi wanaopenda kuendelea na masomo
Looking back to the past two years, I can say with confidence together we succeeded.
We all became stronger.
Stronger to give a better service and support to the people who need it. The OVC, PLHA, the youth; girls, boys, men and women who want to make a future which is not influenced by HIV, and students which hope by study get later a good job.
kama mnavyojua shughuli zetu kama mashirika zinawahusu wao.
All our work is about them.
Nguvu na bidii zetu(Sharing Worlds Tanzania,Tumaini, Shdepha, Mwangaza, Mapinuzi, na vikundi vingine ) tunahitaji kuleta badiliko kwa maisha ya walengwa wetu; watoto wenye mazingira magumu, vijana, watu wazima na wazee, tunaowafanyia kazi.
All our efforts, if it is Sharing Worlds Tanzania, TWG, shdepha or Mwangaza, it should be focused to bring a positive change in the lives of our target groups;the kids, the youth, the adults and the wazee we are working for.
Tukishaleta mabadiliko chanya hapo ,tunaweza kusema tumefanikiwa sana katika ka shughuli zetu
Only if we really make a positive change in their lives we can say we are successful.
Ndani miaka hii miwili na weza kusema tumeona mabadiliko bora kwa walengwa wetu na kuyasikia kwa watu tulipokuwa tunazumgumza
I can say we saw positive changes , we heard it from the people when we talked with them.
Pamoja na hayo tutahitaji kuendelea kwa nguvu zaidi kwani mahitaji ni makubwa na idadi ya walengwa inaendelea kuongezeka.
but we all together still have a lot of things to do because the needs are big , and the numbers of people who need your support are big also.

kama raisi Baraka Obama alivyosema, yes we can, ndiyo tunaweza, au pamoja tunaweza. Kama mjuavyo kuna methali isemayo Umoja ni nguvu na utegano ni udhaifu.
As Baraka Obama said, yes we can, or together we can.
Together we are much stronger, than when we try to do things on our own.
kama tutachukua majukumu, kuwajibika kuwa wambunifu na kazi yetu, pamoja tutaleta tofauti na mabadiliko kwa walengwa
When we all take our responsibility for the work we do, together we can make a difference. Things can change.
When we believe in our goals, when we believe that together we can change the world, when we continu totake our responsibilities,and when we are creative, we can make a difference.
Mlianza vikundi vyenu kwa sababu mliona mahitaji kwa walengwa wenu bila kushawishiwa na mtu yeyote au taasisi.
You started your organizations, you took the initiative because you saw what was needed.
Ningependa kuwa shauri muendelee na moyo huo na kutafuta mbinu mbadala ya kuleta maendeleo
I want to say to you, keep the initiative, keep looking for alternatives and possibilities and create what is needed to make a difference.

Dear friends of the groups, dear friends of Sharing Worlds Tanzania, dear new volunteers, dear Walter, all of you I want to thank for the trust, the courage and the great collaboration for the past years
